Program Details:
You say no, and it's instant tantrum.
You've late, because you've had another public meltdown.
You're calm right up until they whinge for the 15th time this morning, and then you're not.
You've googled 'why does my toddler cry over everything' more times than you'd like to admit.
You're not doing anything wrong, Mama. Your child has big feelings & reactions, they need to express themselves. You just need tools to stop that happening 50 times before 8am, so you can keep your sanity whilst raising emotionally intelligent kids.
What we'll cover
Three days. Three of the biggest meltdown triggers. Real tools you can use that same day.
Day 1: How to Say No (Without Setting Off a Meltdown) The exact language shift that lets you hold your boundary and keep the peace ~ no over-explaining, no bribing, no giving in just to make it stop.
Day 2: Meltdown-Proof Public Outings What to do before, during and after the supermarket/school run/birthday party moments ~ so you're not overwhelmed by every outing.
Day 3: Nervous System Support for Fewer Meltdowns The underlying reason meltdowns happen (hint: it's not manipulation), and how to help your child's nervous system have more capacity to manage their feelings.
This is for you if you're raising a 2–10 year old and:
~ You're bracing yourself before you even leave the house.
~ You're tired of feeling like you're one meltdown away from losing it.
~ You want practical tools that actually work (not just sound good in theory).
~ You're ready for fewer meltdowns and more calm, whilst raising emotionally intelligent kids.
3 days. 3 tools. Zero fluff.
August 11th - August 13th via a private Facebook group.
15 mins a day, recordings saved to watch in your own time.
YOUR HOST: Isabella Catena

As a Bachelor Qualified Early Childhood Educator, I've spent the last 12 years deep diving into child development, understanding what kids best respond to & why, and trialing my methods with hundreds of children & families.
I've lent on these tools during big meltdowns, refusal to cooperate, challenging behaviours & my own dysregulation. And from that, I only teach you what works, so that you can feel calmer, confident & more connected as you raise your children.
My methods keep connection, nervous system awareness & child development at the forefront, and have allowed 50+ Mums to have kids that listen & lose their temper less.
