Mum Club

When did you last finish a sentence, uninterrupted? One hour. No 'Muuuuum'. Just a cuppa, and convo that leaves you feeling lighter, heard and re-energised.

When did you last finish a sentence without someone climbing on you, interrupting you, or needing something?

No kids climbing all over you.
A sentence you can actually finish.
No to-do list running in the back of your mind.
Convo beyond lunchboxes & laundry.

At Mum Club, we do things differently.

This is not another noisy playgroup. This is not a parenting seminar.

You know that feeling ~ surrounded by people all day, and still lonely? Like you're the only one who finds playtime boring sometimes, or snaps over something small, or wonders if you're doing any of this right? This is the antidote. Your hour to drop the load, connect with mums who actually get it, and have real, uninterrupted conversation about the messy, real, hilarious bits of motherhood.

No awkward small talk.

No holding the conversation together yourself.

No leaving more drained than you arrived.

I'll guide the whole thing: curated questions, cozy small groups, real-deal chats that are honest and meaningful.

You'll get the chance to share if you want (no pressure), and leave feeling...
lighter
heard
and like "ahh, I needed that."

Here's what's waiting for you..

60 minutes of real connection with mums who truly get it.
A warm, safe space to share and listen.
Facilitated conversation that's honest & real (so you're not stuck carrying it).
Yummy snacks (because, snacks).
The breather you've been craving for years.

You hold the load, day in, day out. You give your all (even when there's nothing left in the tank).

Join Mum Club. It's your time. Your kids will thank you too, when you come back more fun, patient & energised than ever.

Location: The Nook, Mornington. 15 spots available to keep this super connected.

When? One Sunday a month, 4-5pm.

Each month has a different theme, allowing you the opportunity to connect over specific elements of motherhood (like the mental load, mum-rage, & parenting decisions).

This is for you if..

~ You know connection fills your cup, but dragging the kids along means you never finish a sentence before chaos hijacks it.

~ You want the "ohhh, me too!" moments: like realising you're not the only one who finds an hour of Lego soul-crushing sometimes.

~ You're touched out, talked out, and running on fumes, and need a space to exhale, just for you. (Feeling guilty about that hour? Parenting from empty helps no one. A more energised, patient version of you is a gift your kids will thank you for)

~ You crave honest, real chats about more than lunchboxes and laundry, but you don't want to be the one leading it, thinking up the questions, or nodding along to a monologue.

FAQ

Is this a one time thing, or ongoing?

Mum Club is held monthly on the Mornington Peninsula, you can come once or ongoing.

Is this a Mothers Group?

It's not like a regular mothers group, but it is a devoted space for mums to come together, connect and feel supported - think: less talking about the kids, and more talking about YOU!

What do I need to bring?

Just yourself & a water bottle ~ there'll be bolsters, blankets, tea and snacks to help you feel super cosy and nourished.

I'm nervous about coming solo!

I hear you - walking into a space solo can feel intimidating! But Mum Club is intentionally designed to be warm, welcoming and zero-pressure. I'll lead the connection with thoughtfully curated questions that you'll explore in small groups of 3 ~ so that you can delve into conversation with new people WITHOUT feeling awkward.

Will the convo topics be heavy/emotional?

The questions we explore will be a beautiful opportunity to connect with other mums in the 'realness' of parenting AND being human. Whilst the questions are designed to be light, there may be emotion that arises as you or others share. I will set a really safe, unjudgemental space for this when we begin, with parameters around how the small group spaces will flow.

Thinking about coming, but want to have a chat or ask a question I haven't answered here? I'm just an email away calmerparenting@outlook.com
