Feel calmer, in control & listened to

Raising kids is BIG (beautiful, messy, exhausting) work.

You love them deeply. But lately you're saying the same thing 7 times, being completely ignored, and ending up in a negotiation over the TV.

You're trying to stay calm. You want to be the parent who doesn't yell. But some days it feels like you're one meltdown or toy throw away from losing it (and when you do, the guilt kicks in the second the words leave your mouth).

You want to raise kind, respectful kids.. but most days, you're just wondering if you're failing, doing something wrong. Nothing feels like its working.

Here's the thing: you're not failing. You just don't have the tools yet (for you & them) to help you handle the moments that push you to your limits.

With some 1:1 support from me, your parenting coach..

You'll get your kids to listen: without repeating, negotiating, or consequences you don't follow through on.

You'll have fewer big behaviours & meltdowns: because instead of floundering, bribing, or yelling, you'll have methods that are rooted in child development that create actual change.

You'll be present and playful again: because you're not spending your whole day in fight-or-flight with a four-year-old.

You'll feel proud of how you parent in the hard moments: instead of replaying the school-run meltdown at 11pm, wondering what kind of mother snaps like that.

Mums have gone from at wits end > calm & in control in 3 months!

The Calmer Parenting Method

I help mums of 2–10 year olds break free from the exhaustion of kids that don't listen, massive meltdowns & behaviours that frustrate the sh*t outta you - so you can feel proud of how you're parenting & have easier, more cooperative days with your kids.

In 1:1 coaching, we get specific about what's tripping you up and why (meltdowns over TV, bedtime, the constant throwing, hitting, biting), then use the Calmer Parenting Method to move you from surviving those moments to handing them in a way your kids will respond to & you'll feel proud of.

1. Language: communication methods and creative approaches that actually gets kids to listen, changes behaviour patterns & creates fewer meltdowns (cos it's rooted in child development, not guesswork).

2. Regulation: simple practices that release tension, create more capacity, soothe the nervous system & meet sensory/developmental needs: so your whole house is more peaceful & cooperative (including you).

3. Routine: a little tweak to your morning/bedtime/after-school rhythm can make a HUGE difference to defiance, meltdowns &  how your day flows.

This is for you if:

You're raising a 2-10 year old and..

~ You're repeating yourself 24/7 and feeling guilty about how much you're yelling "I'm failing them!".

~ Shoes, toothbrushing & the car seat have become daily battles, and you're exhausted by the fight.

~ Meltdowns & behaviours have left you feeling lost, you flounder for what to say/do & feel like nothing works consistently.

~ You want to raise confident, thriving kids & feel proud of how you're parenting more often than not.

~ You often feel like you're holding the emotional & mental load of daily motherhood alone, and want the relief of unraveling that to someone who can not just hear you, but offer creative solutions to shift things.

~ You are willing to try new methods, tools & approaches that create lasting change.

This is not for you if:

~ You want a quick fix to get your kids to behave, listen or stop having meltdowns: these methods require consistentcy & a willingness to workshop/try new things. Change takes time, and I will guide you with deep support, but you've gotta have willingness to keep implementing.

~ Your plate is insanely full, & you don't have time or capacity to put methods in to action. If this is you, but you desire support/change: wait for a season where you have at least *some* capacity to take action.

~ You're not willing to look at your own regulation/patterns alongside your kids: children mirror your nervous system, and often the tools, methods & change required includes you just as much as them.

More cooperative days are just around the corner:

A little about me...

I'm Isabella, a Bachelor Qualified Early Childhood Educator with 12+ years trialling these exact methods with hundreds of kids and families.

I've tested these tools through big meltdowns, flat-out refusal, and plenty of my own dysregulated days along the way: so I only teach what's been tweaked & found to work.

Over 50 mums have used my methods to get their kids to cooperate, handle big behaviours & meltdowns with more calm.

I know what you're thinking..

"How is 1:1 different to your monthly membership?"

The membership gives you general methods & support alongside a group of other parents; mostly self-paced, more affordable.

1:1 coaching is entirely built around your specific triggers, your specific kid, and what's actually tripping you up ~ with me focused only on your family.

"I don't even know what's wrong, I just feel overwhelmed"

You don't need to arrive with a diagnosis. That's exactly what the free clarity call is for ~ we figure out what's actually going on together, then build the plan around it.

"I can't justify spending money on this"

A regulated, resourced mum changes the entire nervous system of her home. When you feel calmer, your kids feel calmer. This isn't a luxury spend: it's the most practical investment you can make for your whole family.

"I've tried parenting courses/tools - but it hasn't worked"

I hear you, this can feel so defeating & exhausting. Most of the time it isn't that you don't 'know' the tools, it's that you're not implementing them in a way that works for your unique kids, or you haven't been consistent enough to see real change. This is what I support you with in 1:1 coaching, so you can start to experience less defiance, meltdowns & behaviour in real life.

Still not sure if this is the right fit? Let's chat it out: no sales pitch or pressure to say yes.
