Heya, lovely

I've spent 12+ years in the room with big behaviours, bigger meltdowns, and every kind of defiance you can throw at someone: long before it was my job to teach mums how to handle it too.

Early in my career, I was working with 3-5 year olds (including kids who'd already been through real trauma) with BIG behaviours to match. I'm talking kids biting me, chairs thrown at me, push-back so hard I dreaded some mornings before I'd even walked in the door.

I knew the theory inside out. Four years of study will do that. But theory doesn't stop a chair mid-air or a 45-min meltdown about socks.

I was exhausted every single day, and I knew there had to be a better way to handle the big moments while still meeting these kids in what they needed. So I went all in: mini courses, trial and error, testing approaches on real, hard days, until I figured out what actually works, and when.

That's the Calmer Parenting Method. Not theory I read once. Stuff I fought for, in the room, with the toughest behaviours going.

something I often get asked..

No, I don't have kids of my own. What I do have is 12+ years, hundreds of families, and every kind of big behaviour you can imagine, day in and day out. That's given me something different to lived experience alone: pattern recognition across hundreds of children, not just one household's version of hard.

The Calmer Parenting Method

1. Language that works: communication that actually gets kids to listen, because it's rooted in real child development, not just a script.

2. Support that holds you: space to unravel the mental and emotional load, not just manage behaviour.

3. Tools to access calm when chaos hits: so you don't lose it the second your nervous system's triggered.Over 50 mums have used this to go from frustrated and snapping, to calm and connected.
