The Calmer Parenting Summit
Saturday November 7th, 9am-4:30pm AEST, online.
Expert-led sessions to help you feel calmer, more in control & proud of how you're parenting.
Replays available for 48hrs.

You're following multiple parenting accounts online & googling 'how to get my child to listen'.. but feel like nothing consistently works.
You've snapped at 8am over something so small you can't even remember what it was, and then spiralled with guilt about it all day.
You've battled your child over eating one stalk of broccoli, & feel concerned they're not getting enough nutrients to thrive.
You have a sensitive child with big needs, and regularly feel lost in how to support them.
Bedtime takes 2 hours, multiple 'I just need a hug' moments & you're exhausted.
If that sounds like you, this FREE parenting summit has the methods, understanding and support you need to feel proud of how you're parenting & raise thriving kids.
One day. Real experts. Real tools.
Drop into the sessions that speak to what you're navigating right now: defiance, sensitive kids, picky eating, sleep, your own rage. No pressure to sit through the whole day if it's not what you need.
Times are AEST (Melbourne, Australia). Convert to your local time zone HERE
The Run Down

12-12:45pm: How to have a smoother bedtime & deeper sleep. The Gentle Sleep Specialist, Tara Mitchell.

2-2:45pm: Set healthy boundaries & get your kids to cooperate with daily tasks. Isabella Catena.
3-3:45pm: Understand where mum-rage, irritation & anger stems from, and get tools to support it (so it doesn't spill out onto your kids). Steph Beers.
4-4:30pm: What to do after you lose it (stop the guilt spiral in its tracks with simple repair methods). Isabella Catena.
(All sessions are run via Zoom, and replays will be available for 48 hrs)

This is for you if:
~ You're the parent of a 2–10 year old and want your kids to listen (with less repeating yourself & battles over shoes, carseats, getting dressed).
~ You've said "I don't want to be the mum who yells" but you feel internal rage building as soon as things get noisy, messy, overstimulating.
~ You have a sensitive child & want to support their nervous system as they move through the world.
~ You want to feel proud of how you're parenting & stop spiralling with guilt at 9pm every night.
~ You're sick of bedtime taking 2 hours, and want your kids to get good quality sleep.
~ You want your kid to eat more nutrients than a Vegemite sandwich & banana: but getting them to try new food is a battle.
~ You want real tools, not another person telling you to 'take a deep breath before responding'.

Her work is about creating real change at the level those reactions are actually happening, so mums can feel more like themselves and build calmer, more connected relationships with their kids. @stephbeers_
