Program Details:
Even the most loving, emotionally aware mums lose their sh*t.
Parenting activates your nervous system faster than anything else.
It's testing: physically, mentally, emotionally & energetically.
So if:
“Why did I snap like that?”
“Why does that one thing my kid does send me over the edge?”
“Why do I know/want better… but still react?”
“Why do I feel guilty even when I’m trying so hard?”
sounds like you.. you're not doing anything wrong.
You might just need a moment to unravel some of these sticky points, in a way that really calms your system.
This afternoon workshop isn’t about forcing yourself to “be calm”.
It’s about understanding what’s really happening in those hard moments, and learning how to support yourself in real time: so you can respond the way you really want to.
What we’ll explore:
In this 2.5 hours experience, you’ll be gently led through:
From Reactive to Steady Workshop (50 mins):
Feeling proud of how you show up as a Mum becomes your reality when you've got awareness of what causes reactivity & have practical tools to meet it IN the moment. So, let's understand what's really happening when your buttons are being pushed, release self-judgement, guilt spirals & shift from: “How do I stop reacting?”to: “How do I support myself in the moment?”
The goal isn't to be 'calm' all the time, it's to have a handle on your system so your reactions don't spill onto your kiddos.
Down-regulating Breath Practice (15 mins):
Breath facilitator Georgie Chambers will lead you through a short nervous system reset that'll drop your body into deep relaxation: because the more you can show your body this state of being is SAFE, the more you'll experience calm in your daily life.
Mum Connection (45 mins):
Feeling seen, heard & connected amongst the rollercoaster of motherhood is a vital element that allows your system to feel soothed. In small groups of 3, you'll explore intentionally curated questions that allow for meaningful, real connection.

Isabella Catena is a local Mum Coach, with a passion for supporting Mum's in feeling more equipped, calm & proud of how they show up in daily life. She knows this becomes possible when they have access to techniques that actually work with their kids, support to unravel their nervous system and are connected to a community of Mums who 'get it'.
Isabella is warm, bubbly and has over 12 years experience working with kids and families. Her knowledge is deeply rooted in experience & relatability.
