Sun, 21 June
|The Nook - Venue Hire & Studios
Meet your needs, honour your limits, and find balance amongst the demands of motherhood (in collaboration with local counsellor, Samara Du'Jardin)

Time & Location
21 June 2026, 4:00 pm – 5:15 pm
The Nook - Venue Hire & Studios, 18 Progress St, Mornington VIC 3931, Australia
Program Details:
Motherhood is a constant giving of yourself.
To your kids.
Your home.
Your work.
Your relationships.
And understandably… your own needs start to slip to the bottom of the list.
If you’ve been feeling stretched, depleted, or feel like you’re running on empty: June’s Mum Club is a space to understand what you need to thrive & show up for the demands of daily life in a more balanced way.
In collaboration with Samara Du'Jardin who specialises in burnout, overwhelm & life balance: this session will offer grounded, realistic support for mums navigating full lives.
Together, we’ll explore:
~ Understanding your capacity as a Mum, & the signs your body is close to overload
~ Balancing the demands of motherhood with boundaries & support, practically
~ Simple ways to build pauses and pockets of regulation into real life
~ Reconnecting with your own needs (and actually meeting them whilst tending to your kids)
This is about doing things in a way that actually supports you & your family's thriving!
This Mum Club is for you if:
~ You often feel tired, touched out or mentally overloaded
~ You're holding a lot, but rarely feel held yourself
~ You struggle to meet their own needs without guilt
~ You feel like you’re constantly “on” and don’t know how to switch off
~ You want practical, realistic ways to feel more calm, supported and resourced in motherhood
My love, you don’t need to be at breaking point to come. Let this be an opportunity for deeper thriving as a Mum.
How the session runs:
We’ll begin with some wisdom & practical tools (led by Samara), to help you understand more about your body's capacity, nervous system & needs.
From there, the heart of Mum Club is connection.
You’ll be placed into small groups of three, where you’ll be guided through a few curiosity-led questions designed to spark honest, relatable conversation (without pressure to share more than you want to).
These small groups allow for:
~ deep, safe conversations
~ being truly heard (not talked over)
~ real connection without advice-giving or fixing
You’re always welcome to share at your own pace; listening is just as valued as speaking.
June 21st, 4-5pm, The Nook, Mornington.
15 spots available.
